Cloth first,
then the cut.
Weftmere is a small atelier in Copenhagen. Four collections a year, cut from six cloths, most of them undyed. Nothing is made in a colour the fibre did not already have.

Four collections
Each one is a single shoot. The photographs on a collection page are all from that day, which is why the coat looks the same in every frame.

The atelier
Six cloths, one room
Everything is cut in one room on Refshalevej. The cloth library runs to six materials and two of them are not cut this season — they are held because the mills run them rarely and we would rather have the bolt than the option.

Where to find it
Four stockists, and the fitting room
The collection is carried in 3 shops across Europe. The Long Coat is cut to measure at the atelier only — a fitting takes about an hour and the coat takes six weeks.
